I was born + raised in Vancouver, Canada in a multi-generational farming family that believed in bodies in the mountains + dirt under your fingernails. As a child I lived in a world of magic: fairies, elementals, ET’s, + feeling energetic veins in the earth. In my 20s, I followed my heart into a career in Historic Archaeology, studying ancient sites + sacred spaces around the world. I transitioned to Heritage Consulting when I was starting my family over 20 years ago, with a passion to restore abandoned + run-down buildings back to the Temples they once were (still doing this!). After a move to Calgary in 2010, I became ill with several mystery illnesses + complete burnout + lost the divine spark that had guided me my whole life. This journey – often arduous + challenging was my Phoenix Rising + brought me home to my Sacred Essence. In 2014, I went back to school + became a herbalist, discovered my gifts with flowers. This led my family to Costa Rica in 2022. It was in Costa Rica that I was finally able to close the chapter + heal – transcending past lives, generations of victimhood + re-igniting my Divine Essence through a connective and beautiful template that I now share in my offerings.

My Why is helping people to reconnect back into their own unique magic + return their bodies to our Divine Birthright as a Sacred Temple. Through recoding you back to your natural states, resurrecting ancient earth-based technologies + bridging the intimate connection between ancient Temples + the Human Body. What makes us human is our ability to overcome that which we deem ‘unovercomeable’. And with overcoming, we tap into our true divinity.

My gifts are as Healer, Plant Medicine Woman + New Earth Teacher. I have a BA + Masters in Archaeology, a Diploma in Earth Spirit Medicine (Western Herbalism + Flower Essences), + a Certificate in Somatic Embodiment. I am trained in Goddess work, Pranic + Sound Healing, Gridwork, + trauma based somatic work. I support my clients through clearing/attuning people and spaces, transmutation, holding sacred ceremony, revealing core gifts + God-dess ancestry, empath coaching, + channeling flower medicine. I opened Bare Energetics in 2015 as a safe vessel for healing through reconnecting back to our magic. I also co-create with soul sisters as 5D Souls, We Are Soul Fire World, + The Village Collective.

I currently live with my cute husband + two daughters between Calgary, Canada + Costa Rica.
